Communication

We believe it is important to maintain good communication between school and home. The homeroom teacher is the first point of contact for you and your child. Together with you and your child, the homeroom teacher will assess how your child is developing and what your child needs. In Master's Degree Here you'll find practical information, such as the schedule, homework, and progress reports. Would you like to speak with someone? Please make an appointment first, and we'll set aside plenty of time for you.

  • Take a Look at Magister
  • Five Trivium Conversations

This is how we stay in touch

Here you can find out how to contact the mentor and the school, what you'll find in Magister, and how we'll keep you informed.

The Mentor

The homeroom teacher knows your child best. If you have a question about a subject, you can also contact the subject teacher. During the Trivium meetings, you’ll meet with the homeroom teacher five times a year: at the orientation meeting and during each Trivium week.

Master's Degree

Your child uses Magister to keep track of their schedule, homework, and progress. As a parent or guardian, you can view this information. The calendar also includes important dates, such as Trivium meetings, days off, and activities. Timetable changes are posted daily in Magister. So please have your child check it briefly every morning before school. We’ll discuss your child’s progress primarily together during the Trivium meetings.

Email and Newsletter

We keep you informed via email, our newsletter, and our website. That’s why it’s important that we have your correct email address. Has anything changed? Please let the administrative office know.

Contacting the School

You can reach the school on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. via 033-475 36 94 or by email at info@triviumcollege.nl. Would you like to speak with a staff member? Please make an appointment by phone or email before coming to school.

Divorced parents

Even after a divorce, both parents have the right to information about their child. If both parents have parental authority (legal custody of the child), they will receive the same information from the school. Both parents are welcome to attend the Trivium meetings together. If only one parent has parental authority, that parent must keep the other parent informed of important matters. A parent without parental authority may also request information directly from the school, such as the child’s academic performance.

You can read exactly how we handle this in the Protocol for Providing Information to Divorced Parents (PDF).

Language

Is language a barrier to communicating with us? Please let us know, and we can arrange for an interpreter.
